Jeffrey Keppert is the President of NuMarc and leads the company’s consulting and acquisition efforts. With over 20+ years of real estate experience, Jeff has acquired a highly diverse and unique skill set that includes appraisal, commercial brokerage, and real estate consulting for use in the acquisition, disposition, valuation, due diligence, permitting, development and management of real estate in several different industries across the Central and Western U.S.

Jeff has extensive transactional experience, in both the public and private sector, and has negotiated and structured complex agreements and easements for the acquisition of various property types to secure property rights for his client's projects.
